About Us is our opportunity to share information about our company and its service with individuals or businesses needing space to rent. It is a property management establishment. Property management at Napier is the rental, operation, control, and oversight of real estate.

ABOUT US – OUR FOUNDER

Robert Napier founded Napier Enterprises in 1998 as a part-time business before he went full-time with it in 2002. He has maintained a positive reputation with the City of Rochester and Monroe County. Consequently, for the fourteen years that Napier has been a full-time business he has valued the integrity of the company. Also, DSS and Section 8 residents are welcome!

ABOUT US – WHAT WE OFFER

We provide:

• house and apartment rentals
• warehouses
• storage units
• dealer lots with offices
• quality office space
• yard space for contractors

Additionally, we use lead-free paint in houses and apartments. Therefore these properties are lead-free-paint certified. 

Napier has its own warehouse with many renovation items and materials readily available!

On top of being easy to talk to, customer friendly and bilingual, our team is also empowered to make decisions regarding most issues. The Napier team is dedicated to finding the most cost-effective solutions for the needs of our customers. We are the owners and the property managers, eliminating the middleman!

ABOUT US – OUR LOCATION

The office is conveniently located with easy access to 490. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can generally expect service and maintenance requests responded to within 24-48 hours and emergency calls within 2-4 hours.
